RECIPE 40g water 2g agar 200g honey
Put 40g water and 2g of agar in heat until small bubbles come out. Add 200g of honey. Mix them until it becomes smooth. Put them in tray with any shape. Cool down well until it solidifies tightly. It's scoopable honey like butter!
