Ingredients 2 pound beef, lean pot roast 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup tomato paste 24 each peppercorns 1 each onion, chopped 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions: Sprinkle salt over the roast and place in crockpot. Spread tomato paste over meat; embed peppercorns into paste; top with onions and worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. Serve meat with accumulated gravy.

Smoked at 250°F until internal temp of 165°F Wrapped and back on until 195°F Cube, add butter and sugar free BBQ sauce and smoked for one more hour.

How to Cook a Chuck Roast on the Weber Kettle~Grilled Chuck Roast
In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef chuck roast on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. First, I seasoned the roast with kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper, and then cooked it until the internal temperature reached about 135-140 degrees F, and seared it at the end.
