How To make Barbecued Lamb (Nz)
1 1/2 lb Lean lamb
2 Cloves Garlic
2 ts Sugar
2 tb Soya sauce
1 ts Salt
1. Cut the lamb into thin slices
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Coat all pieces of lamb with the
sauce and allow to soak 15 minutes in a dish. 3. Grill on each side for 5 minutes and serve immediately. Serves 4

Boneless leg of lamb recipe I Smoked Leg of Lamb on the grill
Boneless leg of lamb recipe:
On today’s episode I will be showing you how to smoke a boneless leg of lamb .
We will be using the Weber Kettle 22 with the SNS.
Boneless Leg of lamb is great for any time of the year its a fun easy cook and when butterflied will only take about 2 hours, if whole double that.
We will be cooking at 250 F, till the lamb reaches 115f IT
Then we will crank up the flame and reverse sear the lamb till IT of 135F
The first step is to butterfly the leg of lamb, this will help us reduce cook time and really be able to season the meat.
Then we will marinade in our wet rub for 6 hours.
Marinade Recipe
Thyme, rosemary
2 Cloves of Garlic
1tsp of Onion powder
1tsp of salt
1tsp of paprika
2tsp of weber mediterranean rub
4tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil
