How To make Baked Herberd Chicken
1 lb Chicken breast; boneless &
-skinned 2 ts Virgin olive oil;
6 tb Dry white wine;
1/4 c Lemon juice;
2 ts Leaf tarragon; dried
2 ts Leaf basil; dried
1/2 ts Hot red pepper flakes;
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Trim any fat from chicken breast and pound lightly between two sheets of waxed paper to flatten. Coat with olive oil and place in a baking dish. Add wine, lemon juice, herbs and and pepper flakes, turning chicken to coat both sides. Cover dish with foil. Bake 25 to 30 munutes, until chicken cooked through. 3-4 chicken thighs (or whatever you have) ????????????????
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice ????????????
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning ????
1 teaspoon garlic powder ????
????Instructions????
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour half olive oil on bottom of baking dish. Add chicken in an even layer and drizzle remaining olive oil on top. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder to cover chicken.
2. Bake, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes (depending on type of chicken), or until done.

5.8 ounce package Couscous mix (I used Near East brand)????
1 tablespoon oil
4-6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled ????????????????-????????????
1 orange bell pepper, diced ????
2 green onions, diced ????
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 can White Cheddar Cheese condensed soup ????
1/2 cup bread crumbs or panko, optional ????
2-3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter, optional ????????-????
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional ????????????
????Instructions????
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Prepare Couscous according to package instructions.
2. In a small skillet on medium high heat, combine 1 tablespoon oil, bacon, and bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour into prepared couscous and add condensed soup and green onions. Stir to thoroughly incorporate. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.
3. OPTIONAL: In a small bowl, add bread crumbs, oil or butter and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of Couscous. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
