Cheddar Bacon Potato Appetizers | Episode 12
Guys! Are you having a party, get together, meeting, or just want to indulge in a tasty appetizer? These are the appetizers to make!
Cheese?Bacon? in one delicious full of flavor baked potatoes oh and baked twice? I've died and gone to potato heaven with these babes!
Ingredients:
-Small Russet Potatoes (baby red or gold)
-Chopped bacon
-Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
-Butter
-Sour Cream
-Whole Milk
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Chives (dried or fresh) you can also substitute for Scallions or Green Onions.
-Salt
-Black Pepper
Notes: If you are doing the appetizer version, bake them at 425 F for 43-45 minutes. If you are unsure of it's doneness, stick a knife and if it goes through without any hesitation it is cooked throughly. If you are doing a regular sized version, bake at same temperature for about 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. It is important to make sure your potatoes are cooked all the way, you will be scooping them out and they must be soft. If you are making the appetizer size, after you cook your chopped bacon, the pieces will remain a little big for the small potatoes so I crumbled them once I cooked and drained them to make the pieces of the bacon smaller in order to fit in the small potatoes.

Everybody loves a perfectly-seared scallop, and the same goes for a crisp slice of bacon, so enjoy them together! After partially cooking bacon to keep it pliable, wrap around a sea scallop and secure with a toothpick. Season everything with a couple dashes of Cajun seasoning, then sear in hot olive oil for a few minutes per side, and spritz with lemon juice to serve.

Appetizers. Episode #1: Potato Bites with Crispy Bacon and Green Onions
We’ve collected the most wanted appetizers and are launching a series of short videos on how to make appies fast and easy. MUST WATCH if you’re planning to throw a party even if it is a family movie night or a small gathering.
-INGREDIENTS-
700g yellow and red mini potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. olive oil
5-6 strips bacon
4-5 tbsp. sour-cream
2 stems green onions
-HOWTOs -
Preheat the oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celsius.
Rinse yellow and red mini potatoes and leave them in the colander. While they drain start cutting potatoes in halves.
Place all potato halves into a mixing bowl, season with salt, dried oregano, garlic powder, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix to coat potatoes with seasonings and oil well.
Line your baking tray with parchment paper, and place the seasoned potato halves on it close to each other to roast as many potatoes as possible in one go. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Mince the green part of the green onions and set them aside.
In another baking tray lined with parchment paper place bacon strips to cover the entire surface of the tray and 10 minutes before the potatoes are ready, place in the oven to make the bacon crispy.
10 mins later take both the potatoes and the bacon out of the oven. Let potatoes cool down on the tray, and transfer the bacon to a plate covered with a paper towel to let the excessive grease get absorbed.
While bacon cools down transfer potatoes onto the open platter.
Cut/crush the crispy bacon into tiny little bits with a knife.
