Island Coconut Cocktail Recipe with Only Five Ingredients
Get the Coconut Cream Island Punch recipe:
Watch as Better Homes and Gardens shows you how to make this island coconut cocktail recipe! Enjoy yummy cocktail recipes using just a few simple ingredients that still create a perfect blend of tangy and delicious. Before creating these cocktail drinks, slice star fruit to attractively line the inside of your serving pitcher and toss a few blueberries in for a splash of color. To bring these tropical drinks with rum to life, add coconut sorbet to a medium-sized bowl. This will not only add that all-important coconut taste to these alcoholic drinks, but will also provide an element of creaminess to them that simply can't be beat. Add 1/2 cup of rum to the bowl, as well, or if you'd like to make this a virgin cocktail, simply omit the rum during this step. The sorbet doesn't have to melt completely, but you will want to make sure a milky consistency is formed before pouring the alcohol into the pitcher. Pour in two cans of grapefruit juice for another fruit-based taste to complement the coconut sorbet. Stir these ingredients together. Let the fruity alcoholic drinks cool in the refrigerator for about half an hour before serving, and top it off with even more star fruit and blueberries for an added punch. These coconut drinks are the perfect complement to a freshly grilled meal or a summer party!
