4 eggs
1 cup (190g) sugar
1 1/3 cup (250g) almond flour
1tsp almond extract (optional)
you can add orange or lemon zest for extra flavor????

Hi friends, I tried to find a recipe I didn't think any of you would have tried before, and I think I did it! It's an Almond Spice, Potato cake from a 1933 cookbook, and it's delicious! We also have tons of milk, and I decided to start on a batch of mozzarella, sour cream and quark cheese. I'm not an expert cheesemaker by any stretch of the imagination, but I hope you have fun coming along with me anyway!
