Mohnnudeln Poppy seed noodles
Mohnnudeln für 2- 3 Personen auch Schupfnudeln
Zutaten:
600 g Kartoffel, 1 Ei, 1 TL Salz, 5 -- 7 gehäufte EL Mehl.
50 g Mohn (2 Pers.) 100 g für 3 Personen MS Zimt 1-2 EL Zucker
In einer Pfanne Butter geben und den geriebener Mohn rösten. Zum Schluss eine MS Zimt und 1-2 EL Zucker hinzugeben und kurz mitrösten. Die Nudeln unterheben bis alle Nudeln mit Mohn bedeckt sind. Servieren mit etwas Zucker obenauf bestreuen.

600 g potato, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon, salt, 5 - 7 tablespoons of flour.
50 g poppy (2 pers.) 100 g poppy for 3 people, MS cinnamon, 1-2 tablespoons sugar
Pour into a pan of butter and the grated poppy seeds roast. Finally, an MS cinnamon and 1-2 tbsp sugar, add and cook briefly. Fold in the noodles until all noodles are covered with poppy seeds. Serve with sugar sprinkled on top.

• 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tbsp shallot, finely minced
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until the sugar completely dissolves.
2. Now, stir in olive oil, and either honey or maple syrup, along with the finely chopped shallot and sesame seeds until everything is well combined.
3. Next, take a generous bowl and place your fresh spinach leaves, almonds, and cranberries in it.
4. Finally, drizzle the dressing over the salad, give it a good toss, and serve. Enjoy this delightful Cranberry Almond Spinach Salad right away!
