While this doesn't have that nice crunchy chewy sort of thing going on and while it doesn't have chocolate, this does have an awesome flavor. Even Scott, who doesn't care much for nuts, loves this.
Ingredients
1 14.4 ounce box honey graham crackers
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds or any chopped nuts of your choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil, folding up edges of foil to form a rim to prevent any spill-over from the butter mixture. Lay a single layer of crackers on foil. In a saucepan, melt butter; add sugar and cook until the mixture is thick and bubbly. Spread butter mixture evenly over crackers. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Bake for 7 minutes, turn pan and bake for another 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and remove from foil. Makes about 26 bars.

* Chill ALL the cut-out cookies completely before baking them to hold their nice shapes.
???? Bake at 345F | 174C for about 6-15 mins
* Adjust the time and temperature depending on the oven and the size of your cookies.
