How To make Aji Molido (Chile Paste Yellow)

chiles, aji, yellow, chopped, substitue yellow wax hot, chiles or jalapenos
1/4
cup
oil, olive
1
clove
garlic, minced

tablespoons
vinegar
1
teaspoons
salt
Directions:
Remove seeds and stems. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a fine paste. This is a HOT condiment.
This South American chile paste can be used as a substitute whenever fresh chiles are called for.
It will keep for two weeks or more in the
refrigerator. For longer storage, increase the vinegar and reduce the amount of olive oil.

How To Make Chili In Less Than An Hour
Did you know you can make amazing chili in less than an hour? Start by making a chili paste. This is like chili powder but much more tasty. Toast 3 California chilies and 1 guajillo chili in a dry pan over medium heat until slightly darkened. Then add those to a powerful blender along with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth then set aside. Now turn your pressure cooker on sauté mode then add in 1 ½ cups diced bell pepper and 1 ½ cups diced yellow onion then cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add in 3 minced garlic cloves then cook for 2 minutes. Then add in 1 tbsp tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Now add in these ingredients… your liquid chili powder, 1 can of drained rinsed beans, 26 Oz chopped tomatoes , 4 cups turkey meat ( you could use any cooked meat), ½ cup water, Salt and black pepper. Stir until well combined then close your pressure cooker then adjust it to high pressure mode. Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes then let your pressure cooker naturally release its steam.
