How To make African Squash And Yams (Futari)
Ingredients

onion, chopped

oil

hubbard squash, pared and cut into 1 inch pieces
2
medium
yams, or sweet potatoes pared and cut into 1 inch pieces
1
cup
coconut milk
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon, ground
1/4
teaspoon
cloves, ground
Directions:
Cook and stir onion in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes longer.
Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients
4 Ripe Plantains
4 small Tomatoes
2 small onions
1 tsp thyme
2 Maggie cubes
1 Piece Ginger
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Carrot
1 Small Pepper
1 pack Coconut Milk
2 tsp Coconut oil
Method
Peel And Wash 4 Ripe plantains
Take a pot add 4 cups water with the Plantains
Boil until tender
Peel , Wash and Dice Up onion, Garlic , Ginger , Tomatoes, Carrot , Pepper
Take Wrappers off cubes (Maggi Chicken & vegetables cubes)
Take the Pack of coconut milk open it and add 1 small cup water ensure you mix it well.
Place 1 Frying pan on the Stove over medium Heat .
Add 2 Tsp Coconut Oil let it heat up for 2 minutes
Add chopped Tomatoes, onion , Garlic, Ginger,carrots, thyme, Pepper to frying Pan.
Let it cook for 3 minutes then Add 1 Maggie chicken cube to pan.
Gently Throw Coconut Milk in pan with vegetables let it simmer for 4 minutes then add boiled Plantain.
Add 1 Maggie vegetable cube to pan and the stir the meal.
Taste for flavors then serve with some shredded carrots on top.
