How To make Adam's Apple Cake
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Applesauce
1/3 c Light molasses
1/4 c Raisins
3/4 c Sifted powdered sugar
4 ts Lemon juice
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter or margarine till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a small mixing bowl stir together egg, applesauce, and molasses; stir into flour mixture just till moistened. Stir in raisins. Turn into a greased and floured 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan, if desired. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice; spread over warm cake. Serve warm or cool. -----

A Mashing Tool & Scooping Tool
A Large Pot with Lid
1 Teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
3 teaspoons of ground Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ cup brown sugar
Cheesecloth & Cutting Board
A small orange
Steps:
Step 1: Wash & Chop Fruits
Step 2: Boil Apples & Spices
Step 3: Simmer Apples & Spices
Step 4: Mash Your Apples
Step 5: Strain Your Cider
Step 6: Make Apple Cups
