INGREDIENTS 3 chicken legs with skin 2 chicken thighs with skin 2 1/2 C. all purpose flour 2 tsp onion powder (add more if you wish) 2 tsp garlic powder (add more if you wish) 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp crushed parsley flakes 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp freshly ground pepper (you decide) 1 tsp salt (you decide) (Ron likes 2 tsps) 1 & 1/2 to 2 tsp LOWRY'S seasoning (25% less sodium) (BE GENEROUS) Canola oil (enough to cover chicken)
