Remove 1/4 cup for basting and refrigerate. Add pork chops to remaining marinade; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or over night, turning once. Drain chops, discarding marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 4 minutes. Turn; baste with reserved marinade. Grill 4-7 minutes longer or until juices run clear.

✅ Ingredients: • boneless pork loin (chops) – 2 lb | 750 g • vegetable oil –1 tbsp • soy sauce – ¼ cup | 60 ml • honey – 2 tbsp • garlic – 4 cloves • sesame oil – 1 tsp • chopped ginger – 1 tsp • Sriracha sauce – 2 tsp • ground black pepper – ½ tsp • parsley – to taste • green onion – to taste
✅ You will need: • pan • bowl
???? Preparation: 1. Marinade: in a deep bowl mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and sriracha sauce. 2. Cut the pork into slices 0,5 -0,7 in | 1,5-2 cm thick. 3. Dip the pork slices into the sauce and leave marinating for 20 minutes at room temperature. 4. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the pork for 5 minutes from each side over medium heat. 5. Add the remaining marinade and sesame oil in the pan and simmer your Korean-style pork for about 5 minutes over low heat until readiness.
