Chicken Livers Cooked in White Wine
For today's recipe, I cooked chicken livers that are be great for getting a little iron inside you! This recipe may not be for everyone, it definately is not for me but my darling wife loves it! If you give it a chance then you might just like it! I have given them alot of chances and still don´t! Also, you may have heard that chicken livers are good for the skin, this is because they contain a big amount of vitamin B2, which is responsible for producing and repairing skin tissues. Additionally, they are also great for the thyroid. We know that all foods rich in selenium, such as chicken livers, are good for the thyroid gland, helping it stay healthier thanks to the iodine they contain. Let me know what you think!
