How To make White Chocolate Truffles
12 oz White chocolate, coarse chop
1/3 c Whipping cream
2 tb Orange liquer
1 ts Grated orange zest
1 1/4 c Confectioner's sugar
1. Melt white chocolate with whipping cream in heavy, medium saucepan
over low heat, stirring constantly. Whisk in liquer and zest until blended. Pour into pie pan. Refrigerate until mixture is fudgy, but soft, about 2 hours., 2. Shape about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. To shape, roll mixture in your palms.,Place balls
on waxed paper. 3.Sift sugar into shallow bowl. 4.Roll balls in sugar, place in petit four or candy cases. 5. Truffles can be refrigerated 2-3 days or frozen several weeks. Makes about 35 truffles. From Best recipes: Simple, Easy Candy recipes.

BISCOFF WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES RECIPE
Biscoff White Chocolate Truffles - Just 3 ingredients.
TIMINGS:
Prep Time: 15 mins.
Chill Time: 1 hours 15 mins.
Total Time: 1 hour 30 mins.
SERVINGS:
Makes 12 Biscoff Chocolate Truffles.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups (200g/7 oz) Biscoff Biscuits.
• ¼ cup + 3 tbsps (100g/3½ oz) Soft Cream Cheese/Mascarpone (full fat).
• 1 cup + 2 tbsps (200g/7 oz) White Chocolate.
For decoration.
• 1- 2 tbsps Biscoff Spread.
• 1 tbsp Biscoff crumbs (reserved).
METHOD:
1. Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and bring to room temperature to soften it.
2. You can also pop in the microwave at 10 second intervals to soften it slightly.
3. Finely crush the biscuits using a food processor, or a bowl with the bottom of a glass.
4. Reserve 1 tbsp of the biscuit crumbs for decoration.
5. Add the soft cream cheese to the biscuit crumb and stir together until combined into a thick paste.
6. Once mixed, portion the biscoff truffle mixture using a tablespoon or two teaspoons and roll each truffle into a ball.
7. Each truffle should weigh approx 19g.
8. Place the tuffles on a tray/plate lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
9. Once chilled, melt the white chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
10. Dunk each truffle in the white chocolate, make sure to fully coat and place on a tray lined with parchment paper or on a wire rack.
11. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the white chocolate is set - if you wish you can dunk them again in the remaining white chocolate and allow to set further.
12. Place the biscoff spread in a bowl and melt slightly in the microwave so it’s easier to drizzle on the truffles.
13/ When the white chocolate is set and the biscoff spread is melted and cool, drizzle over the truffles using a teaspoon and sprinkle with the reserved biscoff crumbs.
14. Refrigerate again until the biscoff spread is set.
15. Mmmm Scrummy!!!
STORAGE:
• The biscoff truffles will keep for 4-5 days in the fridge.
NOTES:
You can replace the Biscoff biscuits with other biscuits if you prefer e.g. custard creams, oreos, hobnobs, digestives, graham crackers etc.
The truffles can also be covered in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate orange depending on your personal preference.

White chocolate truffles: greedy to serve on special occasions!
INGREDIENTS
10g of butter
100g (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
250g of white chocolate
Hazelnuts
Coconut flour
METHOD
In a saucepan add the butter and whipping cream and mix. Add the white chocolate and mix until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined.
Remove the white chocolate mixture from the heat and transfer it to the plate. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
After the time has elapsed, start preparing the truffles by taking a portion of the mixture with the spoon inserting the hazelnut, and making the balls with your hands.
Dip the truffles in the coconut flour and serve.

In correlated to my Raffaello Coconut Cake video previously, this is how I made the white chocolate and coconut truffles recipe for the cake decoration. You can serve them just as they are. They are soft and fluffy in the outside, chewy and crunchy in the inside. Very easy to make and you don't need a lot of time preparing them.
