How To make White Chocolate Macadamia Brownies
1 c Unsalted Butter
10 oz White Chocolate, Broken In
Pieces
(I always use Lindt 1 c Sugar
4 ts Vanilla
4 lg Eggs
2 c Flour
1 c Macadamia Nuts :
coarsely
Chopped
Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a 13 x 9 x2 pan with foil, including sides and lightly grease. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave or double boiler over low heat until mixture is smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla. Beat eggs lightly and add to chocolate mixture. Stir well. (Mixture may appear curdled, but that's ok. ) Add flour and nuts and stir just to combine. Transfer batter to pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes or until pale golden. Cool completely and left out of pan with foil; peel away foil and cut into squares. White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Blondies
These Blondies are rich and chewy and filled with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. They are not only absolutely delicious, they are really easy to make too! These decadent bars are perfect for bake sales, BBQ's, any type of get together and are sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
2 sticks or 1/2 pound butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup toasted and chopped macadamia nuts
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Bake macadamia nuts at 400 until toasted. Chop and set aside.
Cream sugar and butter together, add in eggs and vanilla until well incorporated. In a separate bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. Add slowly to batter until all incorporated and dough is formed. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Press dough into a prepared 9X9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes ore until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly, remove from pan and cut into desired sized pieces. Enjoy!

Eggs 4
●Beat well and add,
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Caster sugar 3/4 cup
Butter 200 grams (softened)
●Beat again for 2 minutes and add,
Flour 6 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Chocolate 400 grams (melted)
●Beat well until smooth, stop the beater and scrap the sides with spatula, and add
White chocolate 1/2 cup (chunks)
●Mix with spatula and pour in greased pan.
●Tap to release air bubbles.
●Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

These blondies are so fudgy, they’re packed with white chocolate, white chocolate chips, chunks of Lotus biscuits and a swirl of melted Biscoff spread ????

All you need is:
225g white chocolate, broken into chunks
115g unsalted butter
2 large eggs
70g granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
155g plain flour
1 tsp salt
100g white chocolate chips
50g Biscoff biscuits, broken into chunks
60g Biscoff spread, melted
Tin size: 8x8”
Bake 150C (fan) 20-25 mins - or until the top is lightly golden (if you over bake them, they will become cakey) ❤️
