Applesauce Cake | Only 4 Ingredients | Easy & Healthy | Sugar Free, Gluten Free
Are you looking for a simple, healthy, and delicious dessert that you can make with only 4 ingredients? If so, you will love this apple pie with cottage cheese recipe. This pie is sugar free, gluten free, and packed with protein and fiber. It has a moist and fluffy texture, and a sweet and spicy flavor. You can enjoy it as a breakfast, snack, or dessert. It is also perfect for any occasion, whether it is a family gathering, a picnic, or a holiday celebration.
✅To make this apple pie with cottage cheese, you will need the following ingredients:
* 4 apples (700 g)
* 3 eggs
* 500 g of cottage cheese (5% fat)
* 100 g of corn flour
You will also need some optional ingredients, such as cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey.
✅The preparation is very easy and quick. Here are the steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter.
2. Take 3 apples (about 500 g in total), wash them well, and remove the cores. You can leave the peel on if you prefer.
3. Cut the apples into small pieces and put them in a food processor along with the eggs. Blend them until smooth.
4. Add the cottage cheese and the corn flour to the food processor and mix well. You can also add some cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor if you like.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
6. Slice the remaining apple and arrange it on top of the batter. Sprinkle some more cinnamon if desired.
7. Bake the pie in the oven for about 50 minutes or until golden and firm.
8. Let the pie cool completely before cutting into slices.
9. If you want to make it even more delicious, you can drizzle some honey over the pie before serving. It will complement the taste of apples and cinnamon very well.

Gluten Free Applesauce Cake | Gluten Free Baking Hack | Spiced Buttercream Frosting |
I love fall flavors and this cake encapsulates fall in the most perfect way. Warm, soft, and spicy all wrapped into a beautiful cake ready to share with family and friends. Plus, it is gluten free! and I have an amazing hack for gluten free baking.
Heres the recipe:
1 1/4c King Arthur's Gluten Free Baking Blend Flour
1/2c Oat Flour
1/2c Flaxseed Ground
1/2c Shortening
2 Eggs, beaten
1c Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Clove
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4c Cottage Cheese
1/4c Buttermilk
1 1/4 c Coconut Sugar
1. Blend, shortening and coconut sugar well. Add eggs one at a time. Add applesauce.
2. Use Hack, Combine cottage cheese and buttermilk together, then add to the wet ingredients.
3. Sift flour, spices, baking soda and powder together. Mix in oat flour and flaxseed.
4. Combine dry ingredients into the wet ingredients a little at a time until fully incorporated.
5. Bake in a greased cake pan, at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes.
Spiced Butter Cream:
2 sticks softened butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2c - 3/4c Coconut Sugar or Swerve powdered sugar pending on how sweet you want it.
1. Blend Butter until fluffy. Add sugar and spice, blend until light and fluffy.
2. Once Cake is cooled, top with buttercream and ENJOY!!!

Hi friends, let's whip together an easy, tasty treat with only TWO ingredients! Applesauce and oatmeal! Super-duper easy go-to for a healthy snack or dessert. You can always add a few more ingredients to make it a bit sweeter or healthier. I made two batches and did just the two ingredients and also made one with dried cranberries and chia seeds. Recipe: Yield 6-8 cookies
1 C Oats
1/2 C regular applesauce or 3/4 C applesauce if chunky
Added to 2nd batch:
2 T Dried cranberries
1 tsp Chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients well. On a greased baking sheet or parchment paper, squeeze and roll into 2-inch balls, and flatten with your hands or a spatula. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to keep the shape. Bake 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness) until toasty edges. Let cool completely. Seal in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer term.

RECIPE
2 cups gluten-free oat flour
1 cup white rice flour
3/4 cup organic sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup oil (vegetable, canola, or light olive)
1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup pecans, chopped
Frosting:
2 cups organic powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. vegan margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To a bowl add, oat flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and salt. Stir well. Add applesauce, oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla. Stir well. Add pecans, and stir in. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan, and spread smooth. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let cool. To make the frosting: to a bowl, add powdered sugar, and margarine. Cream together with an electric mixer. Add almond milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread the frosting onto the completely cooled cake.
