Ingredients:
- 200g shirataki
- 150g chicken breast
- 1 medium onion (50g)
sauce:
- 10g gochujang
- 10g mirin
- 5-10 rice vinegar
- salt, pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, 1 piece ginger
- 2g sesame oil
- 10-20g water

Easy Broccoli Salad | WW friendly (Weight Watchers)????????????Perfect Make-Ahead Summer Salad!
This delicious, quick and easy broccoli salad is best made ahead and makes a great side for any summer get together! The crisp broccoli, sweet dried cranberries, salty sunflower seeds, and bacon bits, tossed with the tangy, sweet, creamy, homemade dressing, makes for a great combination!

8 cups Uncooked broccoli, chopped (the smaller the better!!)
1⁄2 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped
1⁄2 cup Uncooked bell pepper
8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) Kroger Hickory smoke flavor real bacon bits
1⁄2 cup Kroger 50% Less sugar dried cranberries
1⁄4 cup Sunflower seeds
1⁄3 cup Dukes Light mayonnaise
2⁄3 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together cider vinegar, sweetener, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, peppers, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. This tastes best when it is made a day ahead of time!

Easy & Delicious Crab Pasta Salad Recipe | WW Friendly Recipe | WW Pasta Salad | Weight Watchers
This easy pasta salad comes together in minutes and is a family favorite! I used imitation Crab, but real would be even better!

Ingredients:
8 oz Small uncooked pasta shells
1⁄4 cup Light mayonnaise
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Mustard
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/2 bunch of a medium bunch of scallion (green onion), chopped
2 Tbsp Lemon juice canned or bottled
64 gm Great Value Sliced olives
16 oz Kroger Crab Select Flake Style Imitation Crab Meat
1⁄2 cup Uncooked celery
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 Hard boiled eggs, large
1 tsp Minced garlic
3 Tbsp Fresh parsley (1 tsp dried)
salt to taste
In a medium sized pot, boil the pasta until it's al dente. Once Pasta is done, drain and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. In a large bowl combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, old bay seasoning and lemon juice. Mix until well combined. Stir in veggies and olives. Add in chopped eggs, crab and pasta and fold in
Cover the pasta, and refrigerate for several hours or even better, overnight!

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY FOR SUSTAINABLE WEIGHT LOSS | WW (WeightWatchers) Points | Stir Fry Noodles
Today I am sharing what I ate in a day tracking with WW (WeightWatchers)! I currently get 30 dailies on maintenance mode! I used some weeklies and activity points today and had 43/30 points.
I had eggs, air fryer wraps with soup, stir fry noodles, and a quick taco bell run!! I also show how I have been making ginger turmeric immunity shots!
