How To make Very Healthy Waffles
1/3 cup raw almonds
1 1/2 cups quick oats
2 1/4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
up to 1/2
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon maple flavor :
(optional)
Put in blender in order listed. Blend well. Allow to set while waffle iron is h eating. Bake in a hot waffle iron for 8 to 10 minutes. The baking time depends on the heat of the waffle iron but these waffles DO take longer than ordinary w affles so be patient. Serve with fruit sauce or syrup or ir you are in a hurry and need to "grab and go" eat plain. :) Make a lot of these ahead of time and f reeze them. To reheat: Pop in the toaster.

5 Minute Easy Waffles :
- 25 g Butter (2 tbsp)
- 180g Milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice ( 3/4 cup milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
- 1 room temp medium Egg
- 150g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 35 g Sugar (3 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Serve with butter and maple syrup!

Easy & Healthy Banana Waffles Recipe | The Sweetest Journey
Learn how to make delicious and healthy waffles from scratch with this easy 6 ingredient breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Ripe Bananas
3/4 Cup Milk (or milk substitute)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Honey
Directions:
1. In one small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside. In another larger bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the milk. Add the vanilla and honey. Add dry ingredients and mix together just until combined.
2. Grease your waffle iron with cooking spray or butter. Spoon the batter onto the iron. (Make sure not to add too much batter or it will overflow.) Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes.
3. Optional: Spread butter on the waffles while they are still warm. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or other toppings.

Flaxmeal Waffles #shorts
Flaxmeal Waffles ???????????? my single serving quick fluffy and delicious blender-made waffles. I love making these wholesome protein-packed waffles as my post-workout breakfast. Starting my morning right with the best waffle breakfast set up your entire day for a fantastic day! ????????
Ingredients:
Flaxmeal DIY
Flax seed
High powered blender
Pour the flax seeds into the blender and blitz until it is fine like flour. Store the remainder in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Waffles:
½ cup flax meal
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup + 2 tbsp oat milk or any plant or nut milk
1 egg, room temperature
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon(optional)
⅛ tsp salt
Method:
Turn the waffle maker on. Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender, and blitz until combined.
Spray oil into your waffle maker, and pour the batter immediately into the waffle maker.
Wait for it to cook, and serve over top with your favourite toppings.
Tips:
Use your waffle according to the instructions. The better made two for mine.
The batter will be thick. Use a tbsp of milk at a time and stir with a spoon to make a thinner consistency.
Pour immediately into the waffle pan after blitzing because the flax meal will absorb the liquid and become extremely thick.
