How To make Vegetable Bulgur Pilaf
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 cl Garlic; minced
1 tb Cooking oil;
1/2 c Carrots; sliced
1/2 c Zucchini; sliced
1/2 c Chicken/beef/ vegetable
-broth 1/4 c Red/green pepper strips;
-(optional) 1/4 c Bulgur wheat;
1/2 ts Dried tarragon; crushed
1/4 ts Salt;
In a 2-quart saucepan cook chopped onion, chopped celery, sliced mushrooms, and garlic in hot oil about 5 minutes or till vegetables are tender but not brown. Stir in sliced carrots, sliced zucchini, chicken, beef or vegetables broth, red or green pepper strips, bulgur, dried tarragon, and salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are tender. Makes 4 servings. TURKISH BULGUR PILAF || Bulgur Pilavı || Bulgar Wheat Pilaf Recipe || HEALTHY & DELICIOUS!
In today's video, we show you how to make Turkish Bulgur Pilaf which is a classic staple dish in Turkish cuisine. Bulgur Pilaf (also known as bulgur pilaff, bulgur pilavı, or pilau) is made using bulgur wheat (or bulgar wheat). This Turkish Bulgur Pilaf not only tastes incredibly delicious, but it is also super healthy and nutritious too. Bulgar Pilavı can be served with grilled chicken, meats kofte, kebabs, vegetables, salads, or simply with herbed yogurt dips.
To make this Turkish Style Bulgur recipe, you will need:
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp butter (you can omit the butter and use just olive oil to make this vegan)
1 onion chopped
salt to taste
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 small capsicum (bell pepper)
1/2 Turkish green pepper (or green chile to taste)
1 tbs tomato puree
2 grated tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp dried thyme
freshly squeezed lemon juice (as per your taste)
1 and 1/2 cups coarse bulgur wheat
3 cups hot water
garnish with finely chopped parsley and lemon slices

One pot meal, simple to make filing, nutritious and very delicious.
Served with yogurt (vegan version) and pickles, good fresh and even better as leftovers, try it!
Ingredients:
2 cups ground bulgur
2 medium onions
2 small carrots
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp hot red pepper paste
1 medium tomato
1 medium zucchini
400 g boiled black beans
500 - 600 ml water
1 tbsp dried mint
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
fresh parsley
plant based yogurt
pickled cucumbers

Bulgur Wheat Pilaf With Tomatoes
Ingredients
-2 cup of bulgur wheat
-2 tomatoes
-3 Italian peppers
-1 tbsp. of tomato paste
-1 tbsp. of butter
-4 tbsp. of cooking oil (corn oil)
-Half teaspoon of black pepper
-2 teaspoon of salt
Preparation
-Chop an onion finely and roast it in a big pot using some cooking oil.
-Keep roasting while you are adding grates tomatoes and choppend italian peppers.
-Add the butter and the salt.
-Wash the bulgar wheat and add it in to the pan, cook for 2 minutes and then add 3 glass of boiling water.
-Cook it untill the bulgur soaks in all the water. Then turn the heat of, and leave the pilaf for brewing for approx. 30 minutes.
-Serve when its warm.
