How To make Vanilla Nutmeg Pound Cake
4 c Cake flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 t Salt
1 t Ground nutmeg
1 c Unsalted butter -- softened
2 c Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 tb Vanilla extract
2 c Buttermilk or sour cream
Confectioner's sugar -for dusting
Recipe by: the California Culinary Academy
1. Butter and flour a 12-cup tube pan. Preheat oven to
350 degrees F. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, and
nutmeg together. 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add
eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Stir in vanilla. 3. Stir half of the sifted flour mixture into the
butter-sugar mixture. Add 1 cup of the buttermilk. Add the other half of the flour mixture, then the remaining buttermilk. 4. Pour batter into prepared tube pan and bake until a
wooden skewer inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean (about 1 hour and 5 minutes). Cool cake in pan 10 to 15 minutes; invert onto a cooling rack, remove
pan, and cool completely before serving. Transfer to a serving plate. Dust with confectioners' sugar.

SOFTEN BUTTER - 100GM
VANILLA - 1/2 TSP
POWDER SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
MIX UNTIL FLUFFY
2 EGGS (substitute 1/2 cup curd or condensed milk)
FLOUR (MAIDA) - 1/2 CUP
MILK POWDER - 1 TBSP
CORN FLOUR - 1 TSP
BAKING POWDER - 1/2 TSP
6 INCH PAN
GREASE OIL
PLACE BAKING PAPER
PLACE A STAND & HEAT THE PAN FOR 5 MIN. ON MEDIUM FLAME
AFTER 5 MIN PLACE THE MOULD
COOK IT ON MEDIUM LOW FLAME FOR 30-40 MIN
OR BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180c FOR 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Easy Sponge Cake Recipe, extremely moist and flavorful.
Sponge cake is one of the easier cakes to bake, I doubt you could go wrong with this simple recipe, it’s super moist and extremely flavorful.
**Ingredients**
2 cups flour (baking or all purpose)
1 cup sugar (granulated or brown)
1 stick butter or 1/2 cup
3 Eggs
1 cup evaporated milk (or milk of your choice)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp cooking oil (optional)
Bake into an 8 inch pan in a preheated oven at around 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

3 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg for batter (optional)
6 eggs
3/4 C Butter milk
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 C Butter flavored shortening
2 15 oz cans peaches in heavy syrup
cinnamon nutmeg
lemon
3 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp butter
peach juice
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 c powdered sugar

This is an awesome recipe for thanksgiving, Christmas and new years
If you enjoy eggnog ,you will definitely enjoy this moist flavorful creamy cake
Its very simple and easy cake to make
RECIPE:
3 Cups Cake Flour
3 Cups Sugar
3 Sticks Butter (Room Temperature)
5 Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 C Eggnog (Your Preferred Brand) (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Cream butter and sugar together until completely smooth(about 7-10 minutes)
Add eggs slowly one at a time until incorporated
Add vanilla
Combine all dry ingredients together in bowl
Add flour mixture and eggnog to bowl alternating
Starting with flour and ending with flour
Pour batter in greased pan and cook in 325 degree preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Remove cake from pan after 10 minutes and let sit until slightly warm
Pour eggnog glaze over cake and sprinkle with nutmeg and let sit for 30 minutes and enjoy
EGGNOG GLAZE:
1# Powdered Sugar
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Eggnog
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Cream cream cheese until smooth
Add sugar and nutmeg and mix well
Add vanilla and eggnog
Mix until completely smooth
If glaze is too thick add more eggnog
