How to Make Veal Liver Pate
Clear Liver (1kg/2.20lb)
Cut the Liver
Give to stand 10-15 minutes in cold water
Rinse the liver and pour clean water
Add 10 fragrant pepper and 3 bay leaves
Add a teaspoon salt
Cook for 15 minutes, after removing and give cool
Cut two carrots
Cut two bulbs in half
Cooking separately carrot 7 minutes
Add onions and cook another 7 minutes
Remove vegetables and give cool
Skip everything through a meat grinder
Creamy oil - 150g / 5.3oz
Skip again all through the meat grinder
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Teaspoon salt
Glass of vegetable broth
Bring blender to homogeneous mass
Melt butter
Pour from above in the container with pate
Store in the refrigerator no more than 3-4 days

Smooth and silky and it melts in your mouth Pâté is very simple to make at home and requires no specialized equipment beyond a blender. Livers should not be expensive just a few dollars a pound. The remaining ingredients you probably have in your fridge.
LIVER is a SUPERFOOD!
It is the most NUTRIENT DENSE food on the market.
It provides copper, zinc, iron, vitamins B6, Biotin and Folate, A and D. It is an excellent source of antioxidants - substances that help your own liver remove toxic substances from the body. No less important are the essential fatty acids, which the liver also possesses. This list can go on and on.

Ingredients
1 and 3/4 lb. of goat liver (any liver can be used, between 1 and 1/2 lb. to 2lb)
1 cup of chopped onions
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped apples
2 Tablespoons of grass-fed butter
1-2 teaspoons of dried tarragon
or (thyme, or marjoram)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons pink salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Sliced veggies and French bread or sourdough toast (for serving)
Cilantro or parsley for garnish (option)
