How To make Turkey Goulash
1 tb Oil
1 lb Turkey Meat, cut into chunks
1 lg Onion, Peeled and Chopped
1 Green Pepper, Deseeded and
-chopped 1 Clove garlic, peeled and
-crushed 1 tb Paprika
1/2 ts Caraway Seeds
14 oz Can chopped tomatoes
Salt and Black Pepper 8 oz (dry weight) Tagliatelle
Preheat oven to gas mark 4, 180C, 350F. Heat oil in a pan. Add turkey meat and brown quickly to seal in flavour. Transfer meat to a casserole dish. Fry onion in pan add green pepper and garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds with chopped tomatoes and juice from the can. Bring sauce to the boil and season, then pour over turkey. Cover and bake for 1 hour, until meat is tender. Meanwhile, cook tagliatelle in boiling, salted water for 12 minutes, until al dente. Drain and divide pasta among four dinner plates. Spoon over goulash and serve immeadiately. Source: CHAT

Ingredients:
Olive oil
4 Onions
Piece of turkey
5 red peppers
Salt
Pepper
Pepper powder
Balsamic vinegar
Liquid cream
Flour
5 eggs
Nutmeg
Milk
Rosemary twigs
Butter
Chives
00:00 Heat olive oil in a casserole. Peel the onions and cut them roughly. Remove the skin of the turkey and cut into rough pieces. Cook them in the hot olive oil.
03:14 Peel the red peppers. Turn the meat and remove the pieces from the casserole. Cut the peppers in half and core them. Put the onions in a casserole. Cut the peppers roughly (they will be mixed later). Mix the onions, add the peppers, salt and pepper. Add pepper powder, balsamic vinegar, water and liquid cream. Simmer until the peppers become soft.
08:09 Put the onions and the peppers in the mixer. Put the turkey pieces in the sauce and end the cooking.
08:59 Heat water for the fresh pasta. Put flour in a dish. Add 5 eggs, rasp the nutmeg, add salt, pepper and milk. Knead the dough. Pass the dough through a sieve and put the pasta in boiling water. The cooking time is about 2 – 5 min (the pasta have to come up to the surface). If needed, add pepper powder to the goulash. Add 2 rosemary twigs.
12:02 Melt butter in a pan. Remove the goulash from heat. Toss the pasta in the butter. Add salt and serve with some chives.

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 - 2 tsp Seasoning Salt (optional)
3 - 4 cups Pasta Shells
Crockpot cook times
High for 2 hours and for Low 4 - 5 hours
