Layered Sorbet Dessert -- A Tropical Treat
An incredibly simple tropical dessert!
INGREDIENTS: mango sorbet (1 pint), coconut sorbet (1 pint), raspberry sorbet (1 pint), coconut flakes (1 cup)
TIP: Before starting, let your sorbet sit for about 10 minutes so that it softens and is easier to spread into layers.

Homemade Tropical Coconut Lime Cupcakes | I Heart Recipes
These from-scratch coconut lime cupcakes are a tropical treat that’s perfect for summer.
Hey y’all! Today, I’m showing you how to make completely homemade coconut lime cupcakes. These tropical cupcakes are perfect for any summer party. In these from-scratch cupcakes, I use coconut milk to make the batter super creamy (it also adds the perfect hint of coconut flavor!). Then, I frost the cupcakes with a homemade cream cheese lime frosting. If you don’t like cream cheese frosting, a regular vanilla buttercream (with lime, of course) works just as well!
