How to make Tropical Ice Cream
THIS WEEKS RECIPE: How to make Tropical Ice Cream
Ingredients Servings: 6-10
1 Cup Raisins (2.3dl) 2 Tablespoons Dark Rum or Rum extract for Kid Friendly version ½ Cup Crushed Pineapple (1dl) 14oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk (400ml) 2 Teaspoons Vanilla 2 Cups Heavy Cream (5dl)
Directions 1. In a small bowl add raisins and dark rum and stir to cover the raisins, add plastic wrapping around bowl and set aside in the fridge for 10min or overnight. 2. In a large bowl add heavy cream and whip it until soft peaks form 3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and combine it gently 4. Add the crushed pineapple and the raisins and fold them in gently 5. Pour the ice cream mixture into a non-glass freezer safe container 6. Freeze for 5-6 hours 7. Done! Enjoy
