Triple Chocolate Muffins
Ingredientes / ingredients:
3/4 taza harina / 3/4c flour
1/2 t Chocolate en polvo / 1/2 c cocoa powder
1/2 t crema de leche / 1/2c cream
1/2c aceite de oliva / 1/2 olive oil
1 c/rita polvo de hornear / 1 tsp baking powder
1 c/rita bicarbonato/ 1 tsp baking soda
1 c/ra vainilla / 1 tbsp vanilla
2 huevos / 2 eggs
1/4 taza chips de chocolate / 1/4c choco chips
Mezclar con el método ingredientes secos con líquidos y hornear a 200c por aproximadamente 30 minutos.
Mix ingredients wet and dry method and bake at 400f for 30 minutes approximately.

80g sour cream or plain yogurt
115g melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coffee powder
200g chopped 70% dark chocolate
200g semi sweet chocolate for toppings

HOW TO MAKE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS - RECIPE AND TUTORIAL
Are you ready to see how I make Triple Chocolate muffins? You guys, these are so delicious! They are moist since they have sour cream in them and they are loaded with chocolate which is heaven to any chocolate lover.
Since these are loaded with chocolate, using semi-sweet or bitter sweet is recommended. I used milk chocolate sine I LOVE it but it does make a sweeter muffin. You could also cut the sugar back if you choose to use the milk chocolate like I did.
Triple Chocolate Muffin Recipe:
4 ounces of Semi sweet Chocolate. You can use chips or chopped up bar.
1/2 Cup of Butter. I use Salted since that is what I usually have on hand. If you use unsalted, you will need to add 1/4 t salt to the dry ingredients.
3/4 cup of white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup of sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 cup of flour (all purpose)
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of chocolate chips to add in at the end. These can be your favorite ones.
Preheat oven to 350. Line your muffin tin with liners and spray with cooking spray. Now, you don't have to spray but I prefer to in case any of the batter overflows onto the pan. It's all personal preference.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt 4 oz chocolate and butter until melted. Stir together until combined.
Add in eggs, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix.
In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
Add melted chocolate mix to the dry ingredients and mix. Add in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Mix till combined. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake approx 20 minutes. Since Ovens vary, esp. depending on the size muffin you are baking, check with a toothpick. When it comes out clean, they are done.

Ingredients:
3 whole eggs (use flax eggs or vegans)
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 scoops of Bethany's Pantry Cacao DSP -
Optional:
Chocolate chips to taste
1/2 cup coconut sugar mixed into the batter (this will make the recipe not keto, sugar free, low carb, or diabetic friendly – just FYI)
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Whisk first 4 ingredients then stir in desired amount of chocolate chips (if using). Transfer batter into 4 oiled muffin tins and bake for 15-17 minutes.

220 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
250 ml buttermilk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
330 g all-purpose flour
50 g pure cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 large pinch of salt
125 g dark chocolate chips
125 g milk chocolate chips
125 g white chocolate chips
