Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp mexican oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp pork lard
1 can of refried beens
1 (15oz) jar of On the Border guacamole salsa
Mexican crema, shredder cabbage, diced tomato and queso fresco.
1 bag of On the Border home style tortilla chips.

The Cutest Mexican Tostada Cups ~ Cinco de Mayo
INGREDIENTS
8 - 6 flour tortillas
olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brush entire tortilla with olive oil, or oil of
your choice.
Turn muffin pan upside down. Form tortilla
by lightly pressing down inside muffin form
and forming a bottom. You may need to hold
down for 15-30 seconds and it will hold its
form.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until
edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10
minutes before removing.
Fill with the foods of your choice.
Can make them for appetizer, entree or
even dessert.
Enjoy.

Wir bereiten ein schnelles Frühstück vor!
3 Scheiben backen.
Butter.
2-3 Knoblauchzehen.
Brot von beiden Seiten goldbraun braten.
Avocado 2 Stk.
Mahlen.
1 Zwiebel.
2 Knoblauchzehen.
Tomaten 2 Stk.
In kleine Stücke schneiden.
Petersilie.
Zitronensaft.
Salz.
Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Gut mischen.
Das ist alles!

For tostada shells / corn tortillas-
1. 1 cup maize floUr
2. ¾ cup all-purpose flour
3. ½ tsp crushed carom seeds
4. ½ tsp salt
5. 1 tbsp oil
6. ¾ cup lukewarm water
7. Oil for frying shells
Kidney beans stuffing-
1. ¾ cup kidney beans
2. 1 tsp oil
3. 1 chopped green chilli
4. ½ tsp turmeric powder
5. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
6. ½ tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
7. ½ tsp salt
Pineapple raw salsa –
1. ½ cup finely chopped green capsicum
2. 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
3. 1 chopped green chilli
4. 1 tsp salt
5. ½ tsp black pepper powder
6. ½ tsp chilli flakes
7. ½ tsp oregano
8. 1 tsp lemon juice
9. ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
10. 1 cup pineapple pieces
Sauce –
1. 1/3 cup tomato sauce
2. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
Bell pepper stuffing-
1. 1 tbsp butter
2. 12-15 chopped basil leaves
3. 1/3 cup chopped cabbage
4. 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
5. 1/3 cup boiled sweet corn
6. 1/3 cup chopped red capsicum
7. 1/3 cup chopped yellow capsicum
8. ½ tsp salt
9. ½ tsp oregano
10. 1 tsp chilli flakes
11. ½ tsp black pepper powder
Cheese cube
टोस्टडा शीट के लिए :-
1. 1 कप मक्के का आटा
2. 3/4 कप मैदा
3. 1/2 टीस्पून अजवायन
4. 1/2 टीस्पून नमक
5. 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
6. 3/4 कप गुनगुना पानी
7. तलने के लिए तेल
राजमा की स्टफिंग-
1. 3/4 कप राजमा
2.1 चम्मच तेल
3.1 हरी मिर्च कटी हुई
4. 1/2 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
5.1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
6. 1/2 टीस्पून धनिया जीरा पाउडर
7. 1/2 टीस्पून नमक
अनानास कच्चा साल्सा -
1. 1/2 कप बारीक कटी हरी शिमला मिर्च
2. 1/2 कप बारीक कटा हुआ टमाटर
3.1 हरी मिर्च कटी हुई
4.1 चम्मच नमक
5. 1/2 टीस्पून काली मिर्च पाउडर
6. 1/2 टी स्पून चिल्ली फ्लैक
7. 1/2 टीस्पून अजवायन
8. 1 चम्मच नींबू का रस
9. 1/2 कप बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
10. 1 कप अनानास के टुकड़े
चटनी -
1. 1/3 कप टमाटर सॉस
2.1 बड़ा चम्मच लाल मिर्च सॉस
शिमला मिर्च की स्टफिंग-
1. 1 बड़ा चम्मच मक्खन
2. 12-15 कटी हुई बेसिल
3. 1/3 कप कटा हुआ गोभी
4. 1/3 कप कटा हुआ ककड़ी
5. 1/3 कप उबला हुआ स्वीट कॉर्न
6. 1/3 कप कटा हुआ लाल शिमला मिर्च
7. 1/3 कप कटी हुई पीली शिमला मिर्च
8. ½ चम्मच नमक
9. ½ छोटा चम्मच ओरिगानो
10. 1 चम्मच चिल्ली फलैक्स
11. 1/2 टीस्पून काली मिर्च पाउडर
