How To make Toasted Pecan Clusters
3 tb Butter or margarine
3 c Pecan pieces
12 oz Chocolate-flavored candy

Melt butter in a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Spread pecans evenly in pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts. Cool 2 minutes; add pecans, and stir until coated. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place butter in a 1-quart glass bowl; microwave at HIGH for 50 seconds or until melted. Add pecans; toss pecans to coat with butter. Spread pecans evenly on a glass pizza plate. Microwave at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring at 3-minute
intervals. Place candy coating in a 1-quart glass bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 2 to 3 minutes or until coating is softened; stir well. Cool 2 minutes; add pecans, and stir until coated. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool completely. -----

Chocolate Pecan Clusters
Chocolate Pecan Clusters are a sweet, simple dessert made with 4 ingredients. Quickly made in the microwave, they are a perfect treat!

Caramel Pecan Turtle Clusters
yields: about 46
Ingredients:
•1 cup unsalted butter
•1/2 cup corn syrup
•3/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
•1 cup packed brown sugar
•vanilla extract (optional)
•2 cups pecans
•900G milk chocolate chips
•Salt for taste and candy Sprinkles for decorating
1) Melt and cook on Med/Low heat for 10-15 min the first 4/5 Ingredients, until the sauce has candied
(turns and dark brown color, or if you scoop a small amount onto your spoon, let it cool, and it solidifies on your spoon.)
2)Melt chocolate chips using the double boiler method or in the microwave in 30 second intervals (stiring between each interval)
3) Toast pecans on the stove in a pan, careful not to burn. (5min)
4) Place 3 or 4 clusters of pecans on a baking sheet with parchment paper 1 or 2 inches apart
5) Drop a small dollop of Caramel on the pecan clusters to just over lap the pecans. Then place in fridge for 20-30min to solidify.
6) After you remove from fridge, drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the hardened Caramel. Then decorate with candy Sprinkles, and sprinkle a little salt to taste. Back In the fridge to serve for later, or in a zip lock bag and freeze for another day!!

Ingredients:
1 cup pecan nuts
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 cup Lily’s chocolate chips or dark chocolate squares broken into bits
(If using a dark chocolate bar then add 15-20 drops stevia or 1/4 cup powdered erythritol to the melted chocolate)
