How To make Tnt Blueberry Muffins
1 cup soured milk(see note)
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups fresh or dry-pack frozen blueberries
In small bowl, combine buttermilk, butter and eggs until blended. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make well in center. Add soured milk mixture, stirring until flour mixture is just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 400 oven 20 minutes or until tops are golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Serve warm or cool on wire rack
NOTE: to sour milk add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to 1 cup of milk and let sit at least 5 minutes. OR-you can substitute buttermilk in place of soured milk.

Blueberry muffins:
1 3/4 c flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4t salt
1 egg
3/4c milk
1/4 c oil
I doubled this recipe. And as I'm reading through it realized I tripled the sugar....not sure how I made that mistake lol! But it happens
Homemade tortillas:
3 cups flour
2t baking powder
1t salt
Mix dry ingredients
1/3cup butter
Combine with hands
1 cup hot water
Makes 12-14 tortillas
Knead for a good 10 mins
Let rest with damp cloth for an extra 15mins
Beans:
a few cans of random beans
salt
butter
gran garlic
gran onions
All seasons are to taste. Sorry I can't give measurements as I don't tend to measure much ????
Stir fry:
Soak brown rice for 8 hours. Cook as directed to this link: I salt at this point too
add 1/3-1/2 cup butter
a few T toasted sesame oil
a few T coconut liquid aminos
Veg bit:
I had some left over chicken but you can you any meat really
A or two bag of mixed veggies
Ginger tsp or so
Toasted sesame oil a few T
Coconut liquid aminos a few good T
5 cloves of garlic ( I didn't film that part)
At the end add a egg per person and mix that in!
And if your extra awesome (like myself!) add some sriracha!
