Ingredients
24 oz elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 stick unsalted butter
8 oz velvet cheese, cubed
8 oz Colby jack cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar
8 oz mild cheddar
8 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Three Cheese Mac | Delish
This fool-proof, classic baked mac recipe is the only one you'll ever need.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a 9”x13” baking dish.
2. In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, melt 1 stick butter. Sprinkle over flour and cook until slightly golden, 2-3 minutes. Pour in milk and whisk until combined. Season with mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Let simmer until starting to thicken, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove pan from heat and whisk in cheddar, then gruyere, and then 1 cup Parmesan. Continue whisking until melted and smooth. Stir in cooked macaroni and transfer to prepared baking dish.
5. In a small bowl, combine remaining Parmesan with Panko and olive oil. Sprinkle mixture over macaroni, then season with more black pepper.
6. Bake until bubbly and golden, 25-30 minutes.
7. Garnish with parsley. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.

Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. mustard powder
3 c. Cheddar, grated
2 c. Gruyere, grated
1 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated, divided
1 c. panko breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
chopped parsley, to garnish

Ingredients:
4 cups (1 liter) Milk
12oz (340g) Pasta (elbow macaroni)
7oz (200g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring milk to a boil.
2. Reduce to medium-low heat, add macaroni and cook, stirring frequently, until the pasta is cooked, about 12 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, add the cheese and stir until melted and incorporated.
4. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
• You can use any kind of cheese that you like. Or combination of several cheeses.
• For extra creamy mac and cheese add 1 more cup to the pot of milk.
