How To make Tex Mex Tuna Salad
2 cn Solid white tuna in water,
-drained and flaked (6.5 oz) 1/2 c Sliced ripe olives
1/2 c Sliced green onions w/tops
1/2 c Thinly sliced celery
2/3 c Pace Picante Sauce
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
1 ts Ground cumin
Lettuce leaves -OR Shredded lettuce 12 Taco shells
-OR 3 c Tortilla chips
Combine tuna, olives, green onions and celery in medium bowl. Combine Pace Picante Sauce, sour cream and cumin; mix well. Pour over tuna mixture; toss lightly. To serve, line taco shells with lettuce leaves; spoon tuna mixture into shells. Or, line individual serving plates with shredded lettuce; top with tuna mixture and surround with tortilla chips. Drizzle with additional Pace Picante Sauce; top with additional sour cream, if desired.

Tuna Salad Wonton Cups
Ingredients
15 Wonton Wrappers
1/2 Onion
8 oz Canned Tuna
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp Whole Kernel Corn
2 Tbsp Green Peas
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Bull Head Sha Cha (BBQ) Sauce
1 Tbsp Bull Head Curry Paste
Dash of Chopped Coriander / Green Onion
Directions:
1. Place Wonton Wrappers in muffin tins, spray with a little bit oil, and fry in an air-fryer at 355°F for 5 minutes (or 10 minutes in an oven).
2. Dice the onions. Add oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the onion until translucent.
3. Add whole kernel corn, green peas, black pepper, Bull Head Sha Cha (BBQ) Sauce and Bull Head Curry Paste, saute for about 1 minute.
4. In a mixing bowl, add canned tuna, mayonnaise, condensed milk and the veggie mix from Step 3 to mix well. Chill the tuna salad in the fridge for 10 minutes.
5. Take out the air-fried (baked) crispy wonton cups and fill them with the tuna salad.
6. Sprinkle the coriander or green onion to decorate!

Tex Mex Salad recipe bring the Mexican essence to your home with this yummilicious.
Ingredients:
Corn- 1bowl, boiled
Pineapple- ½ bowl
Tomatoes- ½ bowl
Cucumber- ½ bowl
Green Capsicum- ¼ th bowl
Kidney Beans – ½ bowl, boiled
Nachos - (I have used tomato flavor)
Dressing:
Olive oil - 1tbsp
Tomato sauce -1 tbsp
Chili tomato sauce- 2 tbsp (Maggi Hot and sweet )
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1tbsp
Salt -to taste
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Honey- 1 tbsp
Roasted jeera powder - 2 tsp
Method:
Cut all the veggies into small cubes. Mix in the dressing ingredients and mix well. In a salad bowl, add veggies & salad dressing and mix it well. Now, Take a serving bowl and make a bed of nachos, top it with the above veggies mixed with the dressing. Tex Mex salad is ready... Enjoy!!
