Just Fabulous ! Bazha - Spicy Cold Walnut Sauce From Georgia ! With Beans Here.
The beans are dressed with gorgeous Georgian walnut sauce Bazha.
Once you cook the beans - the sauce takes literally minutes to make, you just need the food processor.
The sauce is universal, goes with vegetables, fish, meat - or just mop it with the fluffy white bread.
For a medium serving bowl full of beans - 150 walnuts, 280-300 ml warm boiled water, Georgian mix of herbs and spices - khmeli suneli ( if can get it - if not use good curry), dry coriander powder, chilly to taste, 1-2 cloves of garlic.
