1/4 ts Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste Fry beef and eggplant in oil in skillet (or eggplant may be deep- fried).Prepare light tomato sauce.Combine with remaining ingredients. bake,uncovered,on low heat about 45 minutes,as for stew,to allow sauce to blend through meat and eggplant.Serves 4 to 5.

اگر ترش مزه دوست دارید پودر لیمو عمانی ویا پودر بریزید آگه شیرین دوست دارید هویج بریزید آگه ملس دوست دارید هم الو وهم هویج بریزد ☺
قبل از دست به کار شدن چند تکه گوشت را با یک عدد پیاز چهار قاچ بزارید بپزه
آگه گوشت دوست ندارید با مرغ هم عالی میشه
سیب زمینی وبادمجون همه رو پوست میگیریم وحلقه ای برش میزنیم توجه داشته باشید اندازه برش ها از نیم سانت کمتر نباشه سعی کنید یک اندازه باشن بادمجون رو پوست کنده ونیم ساعتی تو آب و نمک بزارید تا تلخیش گرفته شه کف قابلمه گوشت پخته شدا حلقه های از پیاز رو بزارید به ترتیب سیب زمینی وبادمجون و به، چند حلقه گوجه فرنگی چند عدد سیر بریزید در یک ماهی تابه کوچک یکی دوقاشق رب تفت میدیم وبا کمی آب گوشت رقیق میکنیم همراه ادویه نمک و فلفل قرمز وفلفل سیاه وزردچوبه وپاپریکا میریزیم رو مواد یکی دو لیوان اب گوشت میریزیم .بعضیا میزارن کاملا آبش جمع بشه وسرو میکنن ما میزاریم کمی سس داشته باشه مثل( آب خورشت )وبا نون سبزی نووووش جان میفرمایم????میتونید به جای رب از پوره گوجه فرنگی استفاده کنید تاس کباب با به معرکس آگه فصل به رسید حتمااااااااا امتحان کنید
من آخر پخت هم کمی پودر لیمو عمانی هم میزنم درشو بزارید با شعله کم بزارید بپزه وجابیفته???? حدود دو الی سه ساعت با حرارت کم پخت لازم دارم نگران نباشید مواد هیچ کدوم وا نمیره

Turkish traditional lamb tas kebab recipe

Ingredients:
-Chicken 1 Kg
-Yogurt 250 gm
-Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
-Salt 1 Tsp
-Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
-Crushed Black Pepper 1 Tsp
-Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
-Cumin Powder 1 Tsp
-Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
-Mixed Spices Powder 1 Tsp
-Food Color ¼ Tsp
-Onion 2
-Potatoes 2 (50% Boiled)
-Onion 1
-Lemon 1
-Oil 1 Cup
Directions:
-Take 250 gm yogurt in a bowl & add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp red chili powder , 1 tsp crushed black pepper & 1 tsp chili flakes.
-Now add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp mixed spices powder & ¼ tsp food color.
-Mix well.
-Add 1 kg chicken in it & mix again .
-Now add 1 lemon juice in it.
-Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-Pour 1 cup oil in a pan & add 1 onion in it.
-Fry until it’s color changes & then take out about 1-2 tbsp fried onion for garnishing.
-Now add marinated chicken in it.
-Add potatoes & onions in it.
-Cover for 15 minutes.
-Delicious Tas Kebab is ready to serve.
