Serves 4:

Ingredients:
1 lb / 500 Grams of Ground Beef
2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1/2 Cup of Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Cup of Salsa
1 Cup of Tomato (Chopped)
1 Cup of Corn Kernels
1 19 oz Can of Beans
1 Cup of Shredded Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup of Cilantro (Chopped)
Juice of half a lime
1 Cup of Lettuce
1 Avocado
Corn Chips
Recipe:
1. Fry up ground beef in a pan on medium high heat. Add cumin and Chili powder. Fry till cooked. Drain fat from pan with a spoon. Remove from heat and chill in an open container.
2. Add salsa and yoghurt to the bottom of each jar. Then follow with the ingredients that can handle the dressing juices. Start with kidney beans, then corn, tomatoes, chilled ground beef, cheese, avocado, lettuce, and cilantro.
3. When ready to serve, add chips to a large plate or bowl, and dump/ spoon out your chilled taco salad, mix, and enjoy.

Taco Salad Recipe | Homemade Tortilla Chips and Sour Cream Lime Dressing
Today I made a healthy and easy taco salad with homemade tortilla chips and sour cream lime dressing. Who likes tacos? Try this healthy, full of vegetables and protein taco salad!
This easy taco salad recipe is very simple but so delicious! In this healthy taco salad I used lettuce, grape tomatoes, corn, black beans, red onion. I used feta cheese for this recipe because we like feta in our family. You can use any cheese you like. I used lean ground beef in this taco salad to make it more healthy!
Tortilla chips are so easy to make. I used flour tortillas but you can use corn ones. Spray tortillas with olive oil, add salt and bake in oven. These tortilla chips are baked instead of deep frying.
For the dressing I used sour cream, lime juice and zest. The dressing is zesty, flavorful and so delicious!
This taco salad serves about 6 people. It can be a whole meal because it contains meat. I made this taco salad in a large bowl, mixed the ingredients and then served in separate bowls!

1 cup canned sweet corn, drained and rinsed
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/3 red onion
1 avocado
feta cheese to taste
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
TACO SEASONING INGREDIENTS: (I used 2 tbsp of taco seasoning mixture)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
THE DRESSING:
1 cup sour cream
1 lime
zest of 1 lime
salt to taste
2 cloves garlic
TORTILLA CHIPS:
5 flour or corn tortillas
olive oil spray
salt to taste

EASY TACO SALAD ????
This is a super simple taco salad that can be topped with your favorite dressing but my favorite is the avocado lime ranch from Chick-Fil-A! I also love making this as a meal prep and just cut some fresh lettuce!
#Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Lettuce
- Black beans
- Corn
- Cherry tomatoes
- Half an avocado
- Shredder sharp cheddar
- Taco seasoning packet or (cumin, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper)
- Your choice of dressing
Instructions:
- Cook ground beef until brown, season and add a splash of water and mix.
- Warm up your black beans on the stove
- Roast or steam your corn
- Grate a sharp cheddar block for more flavor
- Add all of your ingredients together and enjoy!
