The Gourmet Muffin is a sweet new shop that has just opened it's doors in Orlando in the Audubon Park area on June 1, 2017. In business for the last 3 years selling their gourmet muffins at local farmers markets and becoming a very popular item. You've heard of all the cup cake shops that are popping up, well this is a little different twist on the craze. Definitely a great muffin, super nice owner and worth the trip for some fabulous gourmet muffins in Orlando. Check them out when your in Orlando.

Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Learn how to make the best blueberry muffins. These muffins are moist, easy to make and very delicious.

Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients:
For the muffins:
1¾ cups (220g) Plain flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup (150g) Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 cup (120ml) Buttermilk/milk or non-dairy milk
1/3 cup (80ml) Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Lemon zest
1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
For the crumble:
1/2 cup (50g) Sugar
1/3 cup (42g) Flour
3 tablespoons (45g) Butter, cold
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Make the muffins: Preheat the oven to 375F (190C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
3. In a separate bowl whisk egg and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk, oil, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Whisk until combined.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until combined. Add blueberries and mix just until combined.
5. Scoop the batter into muffin cups until 3/4 full.
6. Make the crumble (optional): Combine the ingredients for the crumble topping together in a small bowl and crumble together using your fingertips.
7. Sprinkle some crumble on top of each muffin batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool before serving.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter (Room Temperature)
2 Cups Flour (Sifted or Unsifted)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 Cups Blueberries (Fresh Preferred)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons of sugar to dust the muffin tops
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add Eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients thoroughly.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter and sugar, then add in milk and vanilla.
Add in blueberries and mix in by hand.
Grease muffin baking pan and fill the muffin cups.
Sprinkle Sugar on top of unbaked muffins.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
Cool in the pan.
Use a knife to go around the muffins and pop them out of the muffin cups.
Eat warm with butter, of cool on a wire rack.
Pour yourself a cup of coffee or milk and Enjoy!

I baked mine at 375 instead of 400 and I wondered that wrong in the video… my poor brain is so tired and mostly on my flooding right now I guess. But the recipe will be in the description for you.
Surprise Muffins | How To Make Muffins Easy Recipe with kim Sasser Hill
Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1tsp. salt
• 1egg, slightly beaten with a fork
• 1cup milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup jelly
Directions:
1. Grease the bottom of a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
4. In a second medium bowl, combine the egg, milk, vanilla, and vegetable
oil.
5. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients to the
well.
6. Stir until the mixture is moist. Don't over mix, the batter should be
lumpy.
7. Fill the muffin tins half full and drop a teaspoon of jelly into the center of
each muffin.8. Add more batter on top of the jelly so that each cup is now
2/3 full.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes,or until golden brown.
10. When the muffins are baked there will be a jelly surprise in the middle.
