The holidays are the perfect time to show love and spread cheer. Few things compare with holiday meals and desserts. If you have guests coming over and need to prepare the perfect dessert for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or the New Year; you will love this recipe.
SWEET POTATO CAKE RECIPE
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 box French Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup Bisquick
1 & 1/3 cup White Granulated Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 ½ cups Sweet Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
Glaze
2 tablespoons Melted butter
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
2 tablespoons Rum (may be substituted with water or milk)
*Make sure you preheat oven to 350 degrees.*
Generously oil and flour your cake pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes.
Let cake cool before removing it from pan.
Drizzle the glaze and spread the love.

Sweet Potato Cake – Like Grandma Used to Make
This is a recipe I found in my wife’s Grandma’s recipe box.
First off, I still can’t frost a cake to save my life.
But other than that, it was pretty good. I had a problem getting the mini cakes out of the pan. I probably didn’t oil and flour the pans, or let it completely cool down like I should have.
The icing came out pretty cool, and easy to spread. Didn’t get too think like some other recipes I’ve done.
I would make this again, maybe have someone else put the icing on, to make it more appealing Ha.
There were a lot of ingredients, but very easy to mix.

❤️INGREDIENTS:
(10x20cm pan)
90g all-purpose flour
1/2tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
100g unsalted butter
85g powdered sugar
2 large eggs
2tbsp milk
1/2tsp vanilla extract
20g purple sweet potato powder + 2tbsp warm water
60g white chocolate
1tbsp purple sweet potato powder
Shredded coconut
Method:
Preheat oven to 180℃. Grease/line a 10x20cm pan.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add milk and vanilla. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Divide batter into two parts. Mix 20g sweet potato powder with warm water, then add to one part.
Pour the two batters into the pan alternately with a spoon.
Bake for 33-35 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
After 10 mins, quickly cut a slit in the center and return to the oven.
When the surface begins to brown, cover with foil.
Cool completely on a rack.
Melt white chocolate; mix in 1 tbsp sweet potato powder.
Spread over cake and sprinkle with coconut.
Enjoy your delicious and beautiful treat!

生地を2つに分ける。紫芋の粉20gとお湯を混ぜ合わせ、片方の生地に加える。
スプーンで2つの生地を交互に型に流し込む。
33~35分、またはつまようじがきれいに出るまで焼く。
10分後、中央に素早く切れ目を入れ、オーブンに戻す。
表面に焼き色がついたら、ホイルをかける。
ラックに載せて完全に冷ます。
ホワイトチョコレートを溶かし、紫芋の粉(大さじ1)を混ぜ合わせる。
ケーキの上に広げ、ココナッツを振りかける。

Chia bột thành hai phần. Pha 20g bột khoai lang với nước ấm, cho vào trộn cùng 1 phần bột.
Lần lượt đổ hai loại bột vào khuôn bằng thìa.
Nướng trong 33-35 phút hoặc cho đến khi tăm rút ra sạch.
Sau 10 phút, nhanh chóng rạch một đường ở giữa bánh và cho lại vào lò nướng.
Khi mặt bánh bắt đầu chuyển sang màu nâu, phủ giấy bạc lên trên.
Để nguội hoàn toàn trên giá.
Nung chảy sô cô la trắng; trộn vào 1 muỗng canh bột khoai lang.

3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 cup butter room temperature
2 cups Sugar
6 eggs room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 cup of cooked sweet potatoes ( cook 2 sweet potatoes that’s about a cup!
1 cup buttermilk room temperature
Mix dry ingredients set aside then mix butter, sweet potatoes, sugar then eggs and extract and buttermilk then add your dry ingredients bake in preheated oven on 325 for 1 hour and 10 minutes Enjoy

Here’s the recipe:
1 small or large can of Sweet Potato Yams (drained)
2 cups Self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Drain potatoes and mash. Combine all Ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 325 preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Cool cake before frosting.
Frosting:
1 Stick Margarine
Block of cream cheese
1 box Powdered Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Melt cream cheese & butter. Slowly add powdered sugar. Add vanilla And nuts. Mix well.
This cake unbelievably delicious.
