How To make Sweet Potato Soup (Rapp)
1 1/4 lb Sweet potato, diced, peeled
3 Carrots, chopped
1 lg Celery stalk, chopped
1 Bay leaf
6 c Water
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Hungarian sweet paprika
Put all vegetables with the bay leaf in a soup pot. Add water & bring to a boil. Simmer for about one hour. Stir occasionally. Just befroe serving, add lemon juice & paprika. Remove bay leaf. Joel Rapp, "Mother Earth's Vegetarian Feasts"

Tik Tok Trend, but raw & vegan! ???????? This super healthy carrot wrap with flaxseeds made in the dehydrator takes the wrap hack to an entire new level! You will need a dehydrator for this raw vegan wrap! I used the excalibur brand, which I can totally recommend.
To spice up these babies I used our all organic spice blend Namaste Africa ????
Find the full recipe for this raw vegan carrot wrap in the video. Dehydrator overnight, flip once and dehydrate for another hour. Be sure to keep the wrap soft and pliable. In this case we are not aiming for crispy!
Use it for a raw burrito, wrap up your favorite veggies or use it for the viral tik tok tortilla wrap hack!

Vegan Oven Baked Sweet Potato filled with lentils - High Protein Recipe for Fitness and Health.
Lentils are my go-to vegan protein source and I always like to find new ways to cook them. This recipe takes a little longer than usually (~45 min) but still it is super easy and worth the effort.
The sweet potatoes taste amazing when roasted in the oven and the lentil stew is just amazing and adds lots of protein. Perfect for a vegan meal prep for example.
Macros per serving (2 in total):
Protein: 40g
Carbs: 110g
Fat: 12g
Kcal: 721
Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
250g brown lentils (Pre-Soak them)
1 cup vegetable stock
2 small or 1 medium onion
1 garlic
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium zucchini
100g spinach
1 tsp salt + pepper
½ lemon
Toppings:
Coconut Yoghurt/ Coconut Sour Cream 3-4 tbsp
Dill
Parsley
