? 1 c Sifted All-purpose flour ? 4 t Baking Powder ? 1 t Salt ? 1 t Allspice ? 1 t Cinnamon ? 3/4 c Sugar ? 1/2 c Milk ? 2 c Grated Raw Sweet Potatoes ? 2 ea large Eggs PreHeat Oven to 350?F, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and spices into a bowl. Gradually beat in sugar and eggs. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients beating until smooth. Add sweet potatoes; mix well. Bake in a greased 9 inch square pan 30 minutes or until done. -----

This sweet potato casserole is one of our favorite sweet potato recipes for Thanksgiving. It's almost like a souffle, with pecan topping.

►4 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes (6 cups mashed)
►3 large eggs
►1/2 cup granulated sugar
►5 Tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled

Sweet Potato Pie....so easy!
I got a little tongue twisted here lol but I am trying to show you how to make the ultimate sweet potato pie. Even if you have never cooked or baked before you can make the best tater pie ever if you do what I show you! Wow these are so good and its really true to say you can eat the whole thing right by yourself :-) This is one of my first ever home cooking videos but I still thought I would share. Easter is coming up and this would be delicious to take to your family or church potluck! Have a great day!!!!

Just like I like my french fries, I love my tater tots. BUT, I wanted to find something with a lower glycemic index than traditional tater tots, and quite frankly, I wanted something with a tad more flavor! These sweet potato tots have all of the flavor you're looking for, and they're a decently healthy snack to munch on!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 sweet potatoes - peeled
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD:
1. After you've peeled your sweet potatoes, boil them in a pot of salted water for about 15 minutes.
2. Grate them using a cheese grater or a grating attachment in a food processor.
3. Squeeze the moisture out using a cheese cloth, a kitchen towel or paper towels.
4. Form the grated sweet potatoes into tots and preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Coat the tots in the panko mixture and place in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Spray with oil oil cooking spray.
5. Cook for about 25 - 35 minutes (or until crispy), turning halfway through.
