1/2 c Dark corn syrup 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 ts Soda 1/2 c Melted butter 2 tb Cream 6 tb Cream 3 c Sifted flour 1/2 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Ground cloves Boil syrup 1 minute. Cool slightly. Add sugar, butter, cream and spices. Dissolve soda in 2 tablespoons cream. Add to syrup mixture. Blend in flour. Refrigerate. When rolled and cut into desired shapes, place on greased cooky sheets. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes,depending on size and thickness of cooky. -----

How to Make Easy Swedish Gingersnaps ???? Pepparkakor ????
⛄️ In Sweden, Christmas is not Christmas without pepparkakor or gingersnaps. Gingersnap Cookies are a highly addictive, sugar coated cookie that has a spicy flavor from adding brown sugar, molasses, and ginger and cardamom. Served any time of the year. But it is extra special to have during Christmas with a glass of Swedish Glogg. ???? ????
Easy Swedish Gingersnap Recipe ❄️ Ingredients ❄️ 3 1/2 cup flour 3 1/2 oz white sugar 3 1/2 oz brown sugar 3 1/2 oz dark corn syrup approx. 1/3 cup water 10 tbsp butter 1 tsp lemon peel 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp ginger 1 tbsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp cardamom 1/2 tbs baking soda Instruction To make gingersnaps, heat the brown sugar, white sugar, corn syrup and water in a pot. Add the butter and let it melt. Stir and let cool slightly. Blend in the spices and baking soda. Cool, dough preferably overnight. Take the dough and knead it smooth on a table Roll the dough. Cut into shapes, using the desired cookie cutters. Optionally brush the dough lightly with water. Sprinkle sugar over the dough. Bake in the oven (180°C/350°F) for 8–10 minutes. Let the gingersnaps cool on the baking sheet. ????????

When TAK was an at-home bakery, I made thousands of these cookies. They were a holiday staple for my customers and they’re still a holiday staple in our home. Now, they can be one in yours!
Their salty-sweet nature makes them absolutely addictive. And that soft, chewy interior in combination with that crunchy sugar on top just cannot be beaten!
So we’re going to start with the cookie dough, I’ve got lots of great tips for y’all along the way so be sure to watch the video to the end!
INGREDIENTS: * 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour * 2 teaspoons ground ginger * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1 teaspoon fine sea salt * 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves * 1 cup light brown sugar packed * 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons canola oil * 1/3 cup dark molasses * 1 large egg * 1/2 cup coarse sugar crystals if desired
HOW TO MAKE GINGER MOLASSES COOKIES 1. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and spices. 2. Mix brown sugar, molasses, oil, and egg. 3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. 4. Scoop, roll in sugar, and bake!
