1 tsp Vanilla Extract
20 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, miniature

3 cups Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4-6 tbsp Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder; set aside. In another large bowl start by mixing together the sugar and butter, then add in the eggs (one at a time) and mix until a pale yellow. The slowly alternate adding the dry ingredients then the milk into the egg and sugar mixture until all the dried ingredients have been incorporated along with the milk.
Line the cupcake tins with cupcake liners and fill 1/4 of the way up with the chocolate batter, place 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup over top. Finish filling the liner 3/4 to the top with the batter. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up. Place in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take cupcakes out of the oven and cool on countertop before frosting.
Right before ready to frost combine the powdered sugar, cocoa powder and butter into a large bowl. Slowly add in the milk (1 tbsp at a time) until it has a smooth consistency. (Be sure it is not runny and if so add in some more powdered sugar.) Frost the cupcakes and enjoy the nice surprise inside.
