Chocolate Magic Custard Cake is a very delicate and elegant cake, very easy to prepare that will definitely impress your loved ones. Ingredients
Makes about 9 servings
4 eggs, separated
1/2 cup (113g) butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup (135g) sugar
2 tsp (10g) vanilla extract
3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder
2 cups (500 ml) milk
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
2 tbsp (30g) sugar, for egg whites
For decorating
sweetened whipped cream

Strawberry magic cake
For the cake:
4 egg whitesDash of salt4 egg yolks1 ½ cups powdered sugar½ cup butter, melted 1 ¼ cup milk-lukewarm1 ¼ cup strawberry puree1 tsp vanilla¾ cup all-purpose flourpowdered sugar-for dusting the cake
Instructions
325°F/170°C Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.In another bowl beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until light and fluffy.Add melted butter in egg yolks and beat, then add strawberry puree, milk and vanilla and mix until combine. Add flour and mix.Add beaten egg whites into the mixture carefully, using a rubber spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 325°F/170°C Let the cake cool and dust with powdered sugar.

Strawberry sponge cake
Ingredients
Flour 1 cup( 200 ml)

Ingredients:
100 gm Maida (Plain Flour)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
200 gm Condensed Milk
1/4th cup oil (OR 80 gm butter)
100 ml milk
Strawberry puree. Take 6-7 strawberries and crush them
Whipped cream
A drop of pink colour for whipped cream
Few strawberries to place on top and surrounding the cake
Method:
Take 2 bowls.
To make a cake, always prepare Dry and Wet Ingredients separately.
In 1st bowl, sift through 100 gm Maida, 1 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp baking soda.
#CakeTip Sifting helps bring aeration and remove lumps from the floor
So dry ingredients are ready.
Now in the 2nd bowl let's mix wet ingredients first
Take 200 gm condensed milk
Add 1/4th cup oil. If you want to use butter instead then take 80 gm butter
Mix the wet ingredients nicely, you may use hand beater or electric beater; either way, it's fine
Take 100 ml milk and add part of it to wet ingredients.
#CakeTip Since I'm making strawberry marble cake, am not using vanilla essence, but if you are making a vanilla cake then at this stage also add vanilla essence.
Now mix dry and wet ingredients and beat with hand beater.
At this stage add the remaining milk too
Time to preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
And when you put the batter in the oven, it will take 20-25 minutes for baking at 180 degrees.
The cake batter is ready, but we are making Strawberry Marble cake; so we need a strawberry colour as well.
So take out half of the batter into 2nd bowl.
Take 6-7 strawberry crushed to make a puree and add it to one of the bowls so this way we will have one bowl of white colour batter and another pink.
Take a well-greased baking pan with butter paper at the bottom and add little of white and pink batters one by one and repeat the process till both bowls of batter get over. and you can see pink and white colour rings in the pan
Now place the baking tray into the pre-heated oven and let the cake get baked for 20-25 minutes.
After 20 minutes check if the cake is baked.
Let the cake cool down to room temperature. and then begin the icing.
#CakeTip never do icing on a warm cake, it will spoil the cream
Once the cake is cooled down, take a knife to loosen up the sides of the cake so that it comes out easily
Shave off the dom of the cake so that icing can be done evenly.
Prepare the whipped cream in 2 colours, take out some of the whipped creams and add a drop of pink colour so you can have white and pink coloured whipped cream.
Fill it in a piping bag and decorate cake beautifully with 2 coloured whipped cream.
You may place a few chopped strawberries to give a beautiful look.
