1 1/4 c Butter or margarine,
-softened and divided 2 1/4 c DIXIE CRYSTALS Granulated
-Sugar, divided 4 lg Eggs
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Freshly grated lemon rind
3 c Cake flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
1 pk (16-ounce) frozen
-unsweetened strawberries, -thawed 1 pk (8-ounce) cream cheese,
-softened 3 c DIXIE CRYSTALS 10-X
-Confectioners Sugar 2 tb Frozen lemon concentrate,
-thawed Fresh strawberries for -garnish Beat 3/4 cup butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon juice and lemon rind, beating well. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; add to butter mixture, alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix at low speed just until blended after each addition. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cakepans. Bake at 350

Strawberry Lemonade Cake
Servings 8-10
INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup lemon juice, (about 2 lemons freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup whole milk
2¼ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup strawberry jam
2 cups strawberries, sliced
PREPARATION
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Grease three 8-inch tins with butter of cooking spray, then sprinkle with flour to cover all sides, shaking off any excess. Cut out three rounds of parchment paper to fit in the bottom of each tin.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs and sugar and use a hand mixer to beat until it has tripled in volume and is pale yellow and thick.
4. Continue blending and gradually add the olive oil. Add the vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and milk, and mix until smooth.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, gently incorporate into the liquid batter until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Evenly divide the batter into the three baking tins.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cakes are lightly golden and fork comes out clean from the center.
8. Allow cakes to cool into the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a baking rack to cool completely.
9. Using a hand mixer, whisk the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add in the strawberry jam whisking together until fully incorporated and peaks are stiff. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
10. To assemble, start with a bottom layer of cake. Cover top with a generous amount of icing, followed by an even layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat with the remaining layers.
11. Finish the cake by icing the top and sides with icing, and garnishing the top with remaining strawberries. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 Boxes of Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
⅓ Cup of Cream ( Room Temperature )
7 Medium Eggs
1 Cup of Water
1 Box of Lemon Instant Pudding
I Box of Strawberry Cupcake Pudding
1 Tbsp. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Drops of Yellow Food Coloring ( Optional )
10 Drops of Red Food Coloring to make the strawberry rich in color
PAM Spray to lightly coat your bundt cake pan
⅓ Cup of Flour to coat bundt pan to keep the cake from sticking
***Allow the cake to cool down for 15 minutes before icing the cake***.
Icing Ingredients:
---------------------------
⅓ Cup of Cream Cheese ( Soft )
2½ Tbsp. of Water
( Blend well )
After the cake has cooled down, proceed to apply icing to the cake and enjoy!

super easy box strawberry lemonade cake hack
Hey everyone, fall is upon us so why not close out summer with one last recipe. This is my tried and true strawberry lemonade box mix hack that's just next level. Now we all know by now I love remixing our beloved box cake mixes. I can assure you all my pantry is stocked with cake mixes and instant puddings. Most stores have 5 for 5$ every other week and honey, I'm here for it. As long as these ingredients inexpensive ill keep these video's rolling. Keep in mind the written recipe is always below, although these are one bowl recipes plz follow the exact measurements.
Also if you prefer a less dense cake omit the butter and use 1/3 cup veg oil and 3 eggs instead of 4 per box of cake mix. Different liquids changes the density in cakes which is how to hack a box mix into pound cakes or just a traditional fluffy cake or cupcakes. 1/3 CUP VEG OIL PER BOX OF MIX

1 BOX STRAWBERRY GELATIN
1 OZ CREAM CHEESE PER BOWL OF MIX
2 TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM PER BOWL OF MIX
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT PER BOWL
1 TEASPOON LEMON EXTRACT, LEMON JUICE, OR ZEST OR FROZEN LEMONADE CONCENTRATE. ( THE GOAL HERE IS FLAVOR..USE WHAT YOU HAVE.)
1 TEASPOON STRAWBERRY EXTRACT (IF YOU HAVE IT)
STRAWBERRY SWIRL..... AGAIN USE WHAT YOU HAVE. I ONLY HAD ON HAND 4 SMALL STRAWBERRIES PULSED WITH STRAWBERRY JELLY.
BAKE AT 350.....POPULAR QUESTION...HOW LONG DOU YOU BAKE YOUR CAKES....I KNOW MY OVEN...OVEN TIMES VARY...USING A THIN KNIFE BUT I PREFER SKEWERS....POKE CAKE IN 35 MINS.....MY OVEN NORMALLY BAKES THIS SIZE CAKE IN 45 MIN.
PRO TIP AT THE 40 MIN MARK TURN OFF THE OVEN ...VENT THE OVEN DOOR TO RELAESE STEAM THIS WAY YOUR CAKE WONT COLLAPSE. FOR SMALLER BUNDT PANS ONLY FILL HALF WAY. CUT BAKING TIME IN HALF
DEEPER PANS LIKE WHAT I USE CAN YEILD MORE BATTER RESULTING IN A HIGHER CAKE.
