Keep my company while I cook: Good Ole Hotdogs and Beans
Hey friends, thanx for stopping by my channel
Corn and Lima Bean Casserole with Frankfurters
This crazy little recipe comes from a promotional cookbook put out by the Monarch Range company. Monarch manufactured stoves, cook tops, refrigerators, and water heaters. With recipes like this one, maybe this is the reason we don't hear about Monarch as a company anymore.
There was not a publish date listed in the cookbook but we think it was put out in the late 1950s or early 60s.
Here are a couple of other hot dog recipes:
and who could forget Lima Bean Loaf?!
