How To make Stir Crazy Cake
2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
2 t Soda
1/2 t Salt
2/3 c Cooking oil
2 T Vinegar
1 T Vanilla
2 c Cold water or coffee
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 t Cinnamon
Put flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an ungreased 13X9X2 inch metal baking pan. Stir with a fork to mix;form 3 wells in flour mixture. Pour oil into one well, vinegar in one and vanilla in one. Pour cold coffee over all ingredients and stir with fork until well mixed. Do not beat. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon;sprinkle over batter. Bake in 350 deg. oven for 35-40 mins.

Ingredients:
3 bricks cream cheese
3 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup half & half cream
1/2 cup nutella
Method:
1. Blend eggs well and keep aside.
2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream. Once blended, slowly add the egg mixture.
3. Melt butter and add to graham cracker crumbs, press down in a spring foam.
4. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crumbs.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
6. Cool cheesecake at room temperature (about an hour).
7. Heat up half & half cream and add to nutella to make ganache. Let it cool at room temperature.
8. Pour ganache over cheesecake, start from middle and work your way out.
9. Decorate with Forrero Rocher chocolates.
10. Cool overnight or for at least 6 hours.
11. Serve chilled.
