8 oz Lean ground chuck 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1/2 c Milk 2 Eggs 2 tb Flour 3/4 c Cheddar cheese; shred 3/4 c Swiss cheese; shred 1/3 c Green onions; slice Salt and pepper 1 Pie crust Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and flour in bowl; mix until smooth. Stir in browned beef, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Spoon into pie shell.
