Super Fluffy Egg Mayo Sandwich Recipe :: Melts In Your Mouth
➡️➡️➡️ Activate subtitles(cc) and choose your language ⬅️⬅️⬅️
This is the most fluffy and soft egg sandwich I've ever eaten
This egg mayo sandwich is great for snacks, breakfast, and picnics!
❖ Ingredients (mold size : 15.5 x 7.5 x 6.5 cm)
- 4 slices of white bread
- 6 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp +1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
❖ Tip
1. It is much easier to peel the egg if you put it in cold water as soon as it is fully cooked
3. It's less soft, but you can make it by just mashing the egg whites and yolks
4. If the egg mayonnaise mixture is dry, you can add about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
5. You can keep the leftover sandwiches moist by sealing them with cling wrap and storing them in the refrigerator

Making lace cornbread #6
There's 7 videos in this playlist. Here's the link to watch all 7.
I made this video on the spur of the moment for my wife's cousin. So I apologize for the fan on the stove running in the background. I didn't realize it was on until I watched them!
Stan asked how I made lace cornbread so I just made some short videos that I could send him in a text. Afterwards I decided to upload to YouTube in case others were interested.
This will not work with anything but a fine to medium ground plain cornmeal. You cannot use self rising cornmeal or hushpuppy mix or muffin mix. I like House Autry brand but others will work too. Not everywhere has the right kind of cornmeal available. Northern cornbread is baked thick with either self rising cornmeal or leavening agent added to make it rise. Most of that cornmeal will be too coarse of a grind to work with this recipe.
I used to eat this growing up in North Carolina.
Grandma cooked cornbread a little differently. She always called hers a hoecake of cornbread. Grandma's filled the whole bottom of a 10 1/2 skillet. It was about a half inch thick and she turned it as one big piece. It was placed on the table in a plate and you just broke off however much you wanted.
Mama made hers similar to mine but she used to make her batter thicker which made little cakes that were similar to Grandmas, just not as thick and only about 2-3 inches across. Later on she started to make it thinner but I've gone even thinner than Mama cooked it. I think the crispy lace edges are the best. This is my sons favorite too!
I'll make a video of Grandma's cornbread and also her flour hoecake. I loved the flour hoecake the best probably because she didn't make it as much. Both covered the entire bottom of the skillet.
Thanks for watching. Please give a thumbs up and subscribe for more cooking and grilling videos to come.
