How To Make Pear Cider Vinegar With Mother From Raw Pears ! A Complete Guide To Beginners
Are you trying to make apple cider vinegar ? Make pear cider Vinegar instead !. It's very easy and taste also amazing . All the fruit vinegar has similar health benefits . You can follow the same procedure I have followed here to make apple cider Vinegar or any other fruit vinegar. I have shown here a complete guide starting from day 1 with raw pears until last day when my vinegar is ready. You can see here my pear cider vinegar is with mother which we consider as good for our health . It offers the benefit of acetic acid plus the benefit of probiotics which we only get in vinegar with mother . I have also shown how to know if your vinegar is ready .
The ingredients I have used are :
1) 500 gm pears
2)1 litre filtered water
3)60 gm organic white / brown sugar (day 1)
From 2nd day on wards continue to add 1 spoon sugar until 14 days . After 3 weeks when no more bubbles you can strain the pears and transfer the liquid into another clean jar . You might get mother anytime before straining or after straining . Keep the liquid in a dark place for one more month and occasionally stir and check no fungus growing . Continue to check if the taste you are liking once you are happy with the taste check the PH level (should be between 2-4) and transfer in narrow neck bottle .

How To Make Flower Tea & Benefits | Hibiscus & Butterfly Pea Tea | সুস্বাস্থের জন্যে ফুলের চা
Hello friends, Today I am sharing the recipe for caffeine free tea which is also called herbal tea . We have powerful ingredients in nature such as flowers which can help us in many ways . I have shown you how to use those flowers and make caffeine free herbal tea . I have used hibicus and blue butterfly pea flowers today and shown how to make tea with them . Hibiscus and butterfly pea flowers have excellent health benefits including reducing blood pressure , blood sugar, anxiety , thyroid, fighting with bacteria , boosting immunity , maintaining skin and hair health etc.
While making hibiscus and butterfly pea flower tea you can add your preferred herbs also including black pepper, turmeric, lemongrass , mint etc.
If not regular you can atleast take them few times a week.
But those breast feeding and pregnant should avoid this tea . Also if you suffering from any special illness and taking medication consult with your doctor .
