-1kg tapioca
-1 1/2cup gram flour
-10-15 clove garlic with skin
-3 green chilli
-2 tbsp chilli powder
-1 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tsp cumin
-1 pinch asafoetida
-3 sticks of curry leaves
-1 tbsp salt/as required
-1/2 cup water

If you've ever wondered how to make gingerbread tea or homemade gingerbread latte, Katrina shows you step-by-step in today's video. It's the same basic recipe for both... the only difference is whether you mix the gingerbread syrup you make with tea or coffee.
Speaking of syrup, the Gingerbread Syrup is the centerpiece of the recipe. You can start with either molasses or date syrup, although the date syrup is the far healthier option of the two.
Date syrup is made by heating dates in water then blending, straining, and evaporating the added water back out. The syrup that's left retains most of the vitamins and minerals from the dates, including potassium, iron, calcium, and magnesium.
Making your Gingerbread syrup is simple. You just add all the syrup ingredients to a saucepan, let it simmer gently for 5 minutes, and then you have a sweet & spicy syrup to use for your gingerbread latte or gingerbread tea. Best of all you can save what you don't use in a sealed jar in the fridge. A spoonful drizzled over oatmeal, pancakes or waffles is totally delish!

Fall Spiced Raw Protein Squares

These raw protein squares are the perfect post-workout bite or mid-day healthy snack. They’re a great source of protein and healthy fat, and they’re excellent with your morning coffee when you’re not quite ready for breakfast.
Ingredients
• 1 cup peanut butter (single ingredient)
• 1 to 2 Tbsp date syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup oat flour
• ½ cup vanilla protein flour
• 2 scoops collagen peptides
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp cardamom
• ½ tsp ground ginger
• 1 to 2 Tbsp vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
• Flakey sea salt
Directions
1. Whisk together the peanut butter, date syrup, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Fold in the dry ingredients; mix and check the consistency. It should be thick and pliable like playdough. Add a splash or two of almond milk as needed.
2. Transfer mixture to a square dish and flatten to ½ inch thickness. Top with cinnamon and sea salt flakes and cut into squares.
3. These are best enjoyed straight from the fridge or freezer as they soften slightly at room temperature. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months or longer.
