How To make Spiced Buttermilk Pound Cake
3 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 t Ground cloves
1 c Buttermilk
1 t Vanilla
1 c Margarine
4 ea Eggs
1/2 ts Soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 c Chopped pecans
Cream margarine. gradually add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan. If preferred, use cooking spray to prepare pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.

???? Lemon ButterMilk Cake (Oil Based)
Ingredients
- 200g of Cake Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Lemon Zest
- ⅔ cup of Buttermilk
I baked it without Additional Flavour or Extract.... But you can add little Lemon flavour incase you want to add it
